After over 25 years in business it was time to sell so we engaged PwC Business Sales to sell our two related businesses and the properties they operated from. What we thought was going to be a traumatic and disruptive time turned out to be an enjoyable and satisfying exercise. Both John, Richard and the wider PwC Business Sales team were a pleasure to work with. They handled everything – in fact until we had a binding agreement, we had no direct contact with the purchaser, so our business went on as if the sale was not happening! Being able to access all the advice from one provider was great.
